Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. The Public Domain Resource Guide is the exclusive owner of The Public Domain Profit Pulling Resource Guide, including all proprietary information, trademarks and copyrights.

3. 4. Commission payouts are made using PayPal during the last half of the following month the purchases are made. If any referred order is returned by the customer, or if there are any chargebacks, the amount will be deducted from the next monthly payment.

5. The affiliate shall not send unsolicited email or any other communication to a recipient if the recipient has requested that it discontinue such communication, nor shall it send or display on its Web site material which:

• Promotes sexually explicit materials

• Promotes violence

• Promotes any type of discrimination

• Promotes illegal activities

• Violates intellectual property rights

6. Nothing in this agreement shall constitute a partnership, joint venture or franchise between the affiliate and The Public Domain Profit Pulling Resource Guide. The affiliate shall not sign any document in the name of or on behalf of The Public Domain Profit Pulling Resource Guide.

7. The affiliate shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice or an email communication to The Public Domain Profit Pulling Resource Guide.

8. The Public Domain Profit Pullung Resource Guide makes no express or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program or the affiliates's potential to earn income from the program. In addition, no guarantee is made that the operation of the The Public Domain Profit Pulling Resource Guide website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and The Public Domain Profit Pulling Resource Guide will not be held liable for the consequences of any such interruptions or errors.
